Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

Yield: 4 servings


½ cup Skinny Girl Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce

3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup shredded carrots

½ cup sliced green onion

¾ cup crunchy rice sticks (chow mein noodles)

¾ cup crunchy wonton strips

½ cup toasted slivered almonds


  1. Combine Skinny Girl Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing and Hoisin sauce and set aside.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to large bowl and toss gently to combine. Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with additional chopped green onion and rice sticks if desired.
