Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until done.
Arrange lavash on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven, flip lavash over then evenly spread 2 tablespoons Caesar Dressing over each lavash. Evenly top each lavash with sliced tomato, red onion, chicken and burrata.
Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is just melted.
Toss romaine with remaining ¼ cup Caesar Dressing. Top flatbreads with romaine and shaved Parmesan.
Tips
You can use leftover cooked chicken. Toss cooked chicken with Dressing then skip the sauté step.
