4 boneless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ pounds)
1/2 cup Skinnygirl® Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, plus additional for serving
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
½ cup brown rice cereal, coarsely crushed
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Toss chicken thighs with Skinnygirl Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Marinate 1 hour to overnight.
Combine bread crumbs, rice cereal and Italian seasoning. Remove chicken thighs from Dressing, shaking off excess Dressing and evenly coast with bread crumb mixture.
Arrange chicken on air fryer tray, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Air fry 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp, brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F, rearranging if necessary. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
