Sesame Garlic Sheet Pan Shrimp Recipe

¾ cup Skinny Girl™ Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing, divided
1 pound extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1inch pieces

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

½ cup pineapple juice

1 teaspoon cornstarch

3 green onions, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine shrimp and ¼ cup Skinny Girl Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing and toss to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and pineapple to shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange shrimp and veggies in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and peppers are tendercrisp.
  5. Meanwhile, combine remaining Dressing, pineapple juice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
  6. Sprinkle shrimp with green onion, serve with rice and dressing mixture.
