Curried Chicken Salad in Lettuce Cups Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Poppyseed Dressing
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 cup chopped apple
½ cup halved red grapes
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Boston lettuce leaves

 

Directions

  1. Combine Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing with curry powder.
  2. Toss with chicken, apple, grapes, celery and pecans.
  3. Serve in lettuce leaves
