Sheet Pan Chicken and Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • ¾ cup Skinnygirl™ Caesar Dressing, divided
  • ¾ pound asparagus
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken and tomatoes on parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Pour ½ cup Skinnygirl™ Caesar Dressing over chicken and tomatoes.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange asparagus on baking sheet. Pour remaining ¼ cup Caesar Dressing over asparagus.
  4. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle chicken and vegetables with shredded Parmesan and bake 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
