Spicy Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado
  • ½ cup chickpeas, mashed
  • 4 tablespoons Skinnygirl Garden Ranch Dressing with Avocado Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 cans (5 oz. each) solid white tuna, in water, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mash avocado. Stir in chickpeas, Skinnygirl Ranch Dressing and Sriracha. Gently stir in tuna, celery and red onions. Serve in lettuce leaves.
