Ingredients
1 small avocado
½ cup chickpeas, mashed
4 tablespoons
Skinnygirl Garden Ranch Dressing with Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha
2 cans (5 oz. each) solid white tuna, in water, drained
1 stalk celery, chopped
¼ cup chopped red onion
8 Boston lettuce leaves
Directions
Mash avocado. Stir in chickpeas,
Skinnygirl Ranch Dressing
and Sriracha. Gently stir in tuna, celery and red onions. Serve in lettuce leaves.
