Ingredients
2 whole grain flatbreads
1/4 cup
Skinnygirl™ sugar free Cocktail Inspired Preserves – Apricot Mimosa
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
2 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread 2 tablespoons Skinnygirl Preserves over each flatbread then sprinkle with goat cheese and prosciutto.
Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with sage.
