Skinnygirl Strawberry Rose “Ice Cream” Recipe

Directions

  1. Cut bananas into ½-inch thick slices.  Place in an airtight container and freeze 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Place frozen banana slices in bowl of a food processor.  Process using the pulse setting until the mixture is smooth and the consistency of soft serve ice cream; scrape sides of bowl as needed.
  3. Add Skinnygirl Preserves and process just until preserves are blended into banana mixture.  Serve immediately.
