Ingredients
2 cups coconut water
½ cup
Skinnygirl™ sugar free Cocktail Inspired Preserves – Blackberry Mule
½ cup Greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Eight 4-ounce ice-pop molds
Directions
Add coconut water, Skinnygirl Preserves, yogurt, and lime juice to blender and process until smooth. Add chia seeds and blend 10 seconds.
Pour into ice-pop molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
Run under hot water for several seconds to unmold.
