Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta Recipe

Yield: 4 servings


2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Balsamic Dressing
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon orange zest
Fresh basil leaves
8 slices whole grain baguette, lightly toasted


  1. Combine strawberries and Skinnygirl Balsamic Dressing; set aside.
  2. Whip ricotta and milk with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Stir in orange zest.
  3. Top bread with basil leaves, then ricotta mixture, then strawberries. Garnish with additional basil leaves.
  4. Tip: Use the large basil leaves to place on top of the bread under the ricotta mixture. Then use the small basil leaves for the finishing garnish
