Tuna Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • ½ cup halved grape tomatoes

  • ½ cup chopped cucumber

  • 2 cans (5 oz. each) tuna packed in water, drained

  • 2 hard cooked eggs, quartered

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

  • 4 tablespoons Skinnygirl Classic Caesar Dressing with Avocado Oil

Directions

  1. Arrange lettuce on 2 dinner plates or 1 serving platter. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, tuna, eggs, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Drizzle with Dressing.
