Tuna:
12 ounces sushi grade tuna, cut into ¼ to ½–inch dice
½ cup diced cucumber
½ cup diced avocado
1 green onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Skinny Girl™ Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing
1 teaspoon Sriracha
Creamy Sesame Ginger Sauce:
2 tablespoons Skinny Girl™ Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Sriracha
For Serving:
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Sliced cucumbers
Rice crackers
Tuna:
Combine all ingredients and stir gently to combine.
Creamy Sesame Ginger Sauce:
Combine all ingredients.
For serving:
Dived tuna mixture into 4 portions. Mound on small serving plates or press into an oiled mold or small bowl and turn out onto serving plate for a more elegant presentation.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve with cucumber slices, rice crackers and Creamy Sesame Ginger Sauce. Garnish with microgreens if desired.
Note: If desired, tuna can be quickly seared before dicing. Sear quickly over high heat in a nonstick skillet, then cool before slicing.
