Sheet Pan Salmon and Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • ¾ cup Skinnygirl™ Caesar Dressing
  • ¾ pound asparagus
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange salmon, tomatoes and asparagus on parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Pour Skinnygirl™ Caesar Dressing over salmon and vegetables. Arrange lemon slices on top.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
