Spinach & Strawberry Salad Recipe

6 cups baby spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 avocado, cut up
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
2 tablespoons pepitos (pumpkin seeds), toasted if desired
¼ cup crumbled feta or your favorite vegan cheese
1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Poppyseed Dressing


  1. Arrange spinach on serving platter. Top with strawberries, avocado, oranges and pepitos. Drizzle with Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing.

Feel free to add your favorite protein to this salad to make it a main dish.
