1pound bonelesschicken breasts, cut into bite–size pieces 2tablespoons plus 1 teaspooncornstarch, divided 1 tablespoon avocado oil ½ cupSkinnyGirl™Asian SesameGinger Dressing 1/3 cup fresh orange juice ¼ cupsugar free or reduced sugarorange marmalade 1/2teaspoonorange zest 2tablespoonswater 1 tablespoon toastedsesame seeds 2 green onions,chopped 2cupscooked rice
Season chicken with saltand pepper ifdesired,and toss with 2 tablespoons cornstarchuntil evenly coated. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high–heat and brown chicken in batchesadding additional oil if needed. Remove chicken.
Stir in Skinny Girl Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing,orange juice, orange marmalade and orange zest. Return chicken to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken isthoroughly cooked.
Combine remaining 1 teaspoon cornstarch with water. Stir into skillet and bring toa boil. Simmer 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with rice.
